Inspired to create a way of dressing that was cleaner, stylish and fully sustainable, Eshita Kabra launched By Rotation: the UK’s first peer-to-peer rental company. Kabra initially launched the company as a side-hustle while pursuing a career in finance before making the switch and taking on her role as the full-time CEO of the company.
