Marco Mavilla launched a capsule collection of sunglasses inspired by the watch world. AISPI worked with them on media coverage and global distribution of the capsule collection in a lean manner.

While there are many ways of distribution, we realised that to be lean the idea is to create a hype and push the product in a market where it is bound to sell out. We first did small tests through digital and offline channels to determine best markets. Thereafter, we deployed influencer campaigns to create the hype.

Timing is key, using the hype we participated in exclusive luxury fairs and private sale events

The result was the product selling out of stock twice!
