Tammy & Benjamin: Paris Boutique

Based in Paris, Tammy & Benjamin design bags, with Parisian know-how technics and Italian-made leathers to achieve the best of the two worlds.

In the beginning, the brand was drawing inspiration from  vintage asthetic with clasps and very traditional shapes.

For example, their iconic Hat Mini Bag was born from Tammy`s grandmother`s hat bag collections.

Tammy and Benjamin met a few years before launching the brand, while both were studying. Their story started by a common project, in which they used Tammy`s end-of-year collection.

Architectonic and geometrical, their designs are highly influenced by Brutalism(from French "béton brut", which means “raw concrete”), an architectural style that originated in the 1950s.

Assymetric and sharp shapes with straight, pure lines are the trademark of their strictly elegant pieces. Their authoritative and official yet slightly excentic and extremely remarkable look is what makes them unique and original, always.

With close atention to every single detail, all of their pieces are of perfect craftmanship and artosonship, made by experised ateliers.

Timeless and distinctive, the label always has something to surprise us. For instance, they collaborated with Kapok to make a limited edition collection, inspired by  Les Nymphéas of Claude Monet.

These bags feature two poetic floral prints-Water Lily and Psych Lily, signed by Tammy Benjamin`s contemporary vintage flair.

The History of Tammy & Benjamin

Founded in 2013, Tammy and Benjamin met while both were studying. The idea was born from a project they had to make together. They managed to merge Parisian taste of style and old craftsmanship traditions with contemporary and modern look. Nowadays, they are a synonym of Parisian elegance.
