AiSPi began with just one team member (me) and has now grown into a community of over 3000 people. In the early days, the need to make an impact helped me overcome multiple obstacles. From walking up to a store and asking to work with them without any credentials to changing outfits in a designer’s kitchen, we have done it all!
This ‘can do’ attitude is one that I appreciate in my team. Nurturing the desire to grow and learn, without boundaries, is something that we at AiSPi, pride ourselves in. We believe in open and honest conversations, so feel free to reach out to me directly for any questions or just a conversation.

More than just a pioneer in fashion, AiSPi set out to be a voice for the fashion conscious consumer. From the beginning, we strived to shine a light into the heart of European fashion and bring it to the world.
With this goal in mind, our founder–Aisha, set out to create a dynamic team of individuals from all across the globe. Believing in the simple philosophy of ‘why not’, Aisha approaches each goal with strategy as well as heart. With a thirst for uniqueness and a lack of inhibitions, we at AiSPi drive change in new unexpected ways.

Saloni Patel
Working to ensure everyone performs their best at every task, Saloni keeps the AiSPi team running smoothly. After surviving a 10-hour road trip with her coworkers and a car full of inventory, she is not afraid of anything.
Malvika Singh
At AiSPi, Malvika has found a creative outlet for her imagination and all things travel and fashion. Full of ideas and energy, this go-getter once worked for 12 hours straight solely on caffeine.
Pankaj Jain
Along with taking care of your shipments, Pankaj also takes care of the team. A kind-hearted soul, Pankaj is always ready to help out; whether it's with inventory, organising an event or setting up processes. PS. He's also a great cook!
