At AiSPi, we are committed to providing you with the best of fashion from niche and globally-acclaimed designers from all around the world. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help.
Physical Trunk Shows and Pop-Ups
We host one-of-a-kind trunk shows across India each season, giving you the chance to experience our pieces in person and receive styling advice from our on-ground team.
Please note: All purchases made during trunk shows or pop-ups are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable for these in-person sales.
Digital Orders: Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos/videos of the damage, taken at the time of unboxing.
If the outer package appears damaged, report it to the courier before accepting delivery.
Email: customercare@aispi.co with the subject “Damaged Product - [Product Name]”.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original packaging with tags and dust bags
Tried on without perfumes, makeup, deodorant, or floor damage (for footwear)
Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days either as store credit or back to the original payment method.
Digital Orders: Sizing or Unsatisfactory Products
Our digital drops are exclusive and limited, so we do not typically accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you experience a sizing issue, email us at customercare@aispi.co within 14 days. While exchanges are not guaranteed, we’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
Return conditions are the same as above, and customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using an insured courier service for all returns.
Sample Sale Orders
AiSPi hosts Sample Sales which include pieces that:

Have been used for press

Styles with minor imperfections

Designs that never entered full production
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges apply to online or offline Sample Sale purchases.

EU Orders – Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.
To initiate a return:
Email customercare@aispi.co before sending any item back
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Once we receive and approve the returned product, a refund will be processed within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
