Picture yourself in the snowy French Alps in Courchevel. What are you wearing? How will you exude French elegance while skiing, without the marshmallow/abominable snowman ski suit? Non! It surely is a bad dream, but not one you have to endure, because Fusalp is an incredible French designer of warm, technically effective, and daresay, sexy skiwear.
The three pillars of Fusalp are technicality, functionality, and elegance, which means their designs are strategically made for winter wear and sports. But it also means that sleek, French elegance won’t be compromised either. In fact the line exudes savoir-faire. With multiple partnerships with Olympic athletes, their designs hold the seal of approval from many decorated athletes.
Not Your Average Ski Suit
The signature Fusalp pant is a striking, skintight ski pant. This pant is suitable for athletes, winter sportsmen, and those who hit the slopes for the Poutine, chocolate chaud, and wonderful winter atmosphere.
This Chloe x Fusalp collaboration is a union between two iconic brands, which inspired a look of more carefree times; reminiscent of the 1970’s, when flower children enjoyed the slopes freely in a stable economy.
Not a skiier? No problem. They say to dress for the part you’re going for. And these pieces will keep you looking sharp, with savoir-faire and sleek functionality.
'A La Fusalp'
In 1952, two tailors from Annecy decided to expand their legacy by creating ski garments. Born in the French Alps, Fusalp is an abbreviation of the two words: fuseau (spindle) and Alps. They introduced the visionary concept of creating skin tight ski pants; fashion for the skier. This concept did create a big impact within the ski world, and several renowned ski champions have donned Fusalp at Olympic competitions all over the world.
