Based in Ourense, Spain, Adolfo Dominguez is more than a brand, it is an epitome of elegance, timelessness and sophistication. After studying Fine Arts and Cinematography at the Vincennes University in Paris, Adolfo Dominguez returned to Ourense to create his own fashion brand, So, he reinvented the family tailoring business, focused on impeccable cut and craftsmanship.
Fashion plays a big role on his childhood memories, living with his family on the first floor of the store they had. After the experience gained in France and England, he transformed the family business and it became an empire of beauty.

Minimalism And Authority
Sophisticated, elegant and simple, silhouettes have straight lines, defined structures and minimalistic style. Most of their pieces are wardrobe-builders, so that you can combine them with many styles yet always look gorgeous.
Comfortable and functional, they are a very smart choice for those who love to transmit refinement and powerfulness.

True to the Galician nature, long and oversized coats and blazers are their signature fashion items. If you are a fan of more formal and business look, with a sip of bossy vibes and authority, you will fall in love with this label, immediately. With materials of perfect quality, they put close attention to every single detail.
Already used in 1982, “The wrinkle is beautiful”, their slogan makes a parallel between the beauty of old fabrics and people, reflecting the sustainable vision of the company.
Skipping fashion fusses, in 2022 they created a collection with the same name in order to celebrate timelessness and eternal style. The main characters are linen, which is an eco-friendly material who stayed with them since the beginning, a classy meo neck, which mixes oriental with Galician traditions and embroidered logotypes from the 80s.

The History of Adolfo Dominguez
Since the 50s the father of Adolfo Domiguez was dedicated to male tailored pieces. After studying Cinematography and Fine Arts in France and England, Adolfo revamped the label in 1973.
Now they have more than 800 stores in many countries and continue to grow internationally. Soon they opened a new boutique in the centre of Madrid, when they use artisanship to design with new materials such as clay produced by hand.
