Based in Madrid, Tissa Fontaneda creates lifestyle fashion accessories, which have their own character. Classy and timeless, her designs are for women with strong attitude that know who they are.
She still remembers the day she was sitting in a dinining room of luxury hotel in Southern Italy. Sophisticated and chic, the women with smart and beautiful summer outfits caught her eye. Tissa felt in love for first time with the mysterious language of the accessories.
“I could feel the softness of their leather bags only by looking at them while some of the necklaces they wore reminded me of far away and exotic places.”
Simple yet expressive, minimalistic yet with catchy details, collections are always in classic luxury style and match any kind of outfits. They consist of exclusive handbags, necklaces, belts and cuffs, made to boost the femininity, elegance and confidence.
Handmade and of impeccable quality, silhouettes are architectural and futuristic.

The main material is the finest and softest Entrefino lambskin leather.

Lauched in 2010, Tissa combined her creative vision and big experience to complete her dream of working in fashion. She graduated Ph.D in Literature and Philosophy but then moved to Paris to fight for her dream. Her career began as a design assistant at Swarovski. After 5 years moved to Madrid and joined Loewe to develop the Thierry Mugler handbag collection.
There, Tissa specialized in handbag manufacturing and leathers and later became Head of Product for Loewe accessories. She has also worked with other brands including Cartier, Dunhill, Cannolly and Louis Vuitton.
Now, Tissa Fontaneda has 2 physical boutiques in London and Madrid and the brand continues to grow. Located close to the royal palace, the opera house and amazing restaurants in Madrid, you can see the creative process while enjoying the curated collections and personal attention by the designer.
