Below you’ll find our return and exchange policy. Please read our policy carefully to understand whether it applies to your query. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to drop us an email on customercare@aispi.co
Physical Trunk Shows
Every season, we visit different cities in India for one-of-a-kind experiential trunk shows. This is your chance to see and experience the product in person. You can inspect the product in detail and speak to our on-ground team about styling options. For in-person purchases made during trunk shows or physical popups, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Products are sold as is.
Digital sale: Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Take clear pictures and videos of the damaged product, preferably while unboxing. In case of parcel damage upon arrival, declare it to the courier before accepting the shipment. Email us on customercare@aispi.co with the subject “Damaged Product (Name Of Product),” and we will guide you through the return process. All items must be:
- unworn,
- unused,
- unwashed,
- and have their original tags and packaging intact.
Please return the product in its original box and include any dust bags provided. Avoid using perfume, deodorant, or makeup when trying on clothes and jewellery as scents or marks may void the return. While trying on footwear, stand on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund can be processed as store credit or back to the original source, depending on your preference. The refund will be processed within 14 business days, excluding holiday periods, and credited to your original method of payment.
Digital sale: Unsatisfactory Products
Our digital drops are exclusive, limited-time events, and thus, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand the challenges of ordering without seeing the product.
If there is a sizing issue, email us at customercare@aispi.co within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will explore the possibility of an exchange. Please do note, we cannot guarantee an exchange, we will strive our best to see what is possible on a case by case basis. The items must be
- unworn,
- unused,
- unwashed,
- and have their original tags and packaging.
Please return the product in its original box and include any dust bags provided.

Please note that return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a delivery service that insures the products’ value for your protection.
Sample Sale
AiSPi hosts one-of-a-kind sample sales periodically for AiSPi Tier members. Sample sales consist of finds that never went into mass production, were used for photo shoots or have slight imperfections. All sales and orders made, whether through online or offline channels, during the Sample Sale event are deemed final. There are no provisions for exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
Exceptions
Items bought during sample sale, pre-orders, and personalised products are not eligible for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at customercare@aispi.co, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Right Of Withdrawal (only for orders placed within the European Union)
If you placed an order within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the product, as per the EU Directive on Consumers’ Rights. To be eligible for a return, the items must be:
- unworn,
- unused,
- unwashed,
- and have their original tags and packaging intact.
Please contact us at customercare@aispi.co and our team will guide you through the return process. Do not send back items without prior confirmation from AiSPi.
Once the product reaches us, we will conduct a thorough quality check. Upon approval, you will receive a refund for the original purchase amount, barring shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days of us receiving the product back at our warehouse.
