The creative force behind AiSPi, Aisha has been persistently building her dream into reality. Having lived every role at AiSPi from courier service to financial analyst, Aisha believes nothing is impossible. A whirlwind of energy, she has attended Tomorrowland 5 years in a row! 

FIKA makes AiSPi a reality by effectively taking you on a one-of-a-kind journey through visuals, content, communication and social media. While this team works together like a well-oiled machine, the craziest thing is that they have never met each other!

With a keen interest in travelling and a deep love for all things fashion, words are this writers way of bringing together her two most favourite things in the world. Although she has never been to Europe, she explores the continent through AiSPi.

At AiSPi, Malvika has found a creative outlet for her imagination and love for all things fashion and travel-related. Full of never-ending ideas, this young go-getter once worked for 12 hours straight on just caffine. 

Along with taking care of your shipments, Pankaj also takes care of the entire team. This kind-hearted soul is always ready to help out–whether it is with inventory, organising an event or setting up processes. PS. He is also a great cook!

Calm and collected, Navneet is the AiSPi team’s go-to person for support. Her enthusiastic personality and keenness to learn help her excel at her role. Her observation skills are what set her apart at work and make a big impact on every task she is given. 

A free-spirit at heart, Kartar is always open to new experiences and opportunities. At AiSPi, this talented creative is famous for paying attention to the smallest of details, enjoying every assignment, and her noteworthy work ethic. 

A daydreamer at heart, Sara is an innovative creative who is a jack of all trades. When it comes to editing a video Wes Anderson style or putting together a quick trending reel, she also manages to deliver. 

Working to ensure everyone performs their best at every task, Saloni keeps the AiSPi team running smoothly. After surviving a 10 hour road trip with her co-workers and a car full of inventory, she is not afraid of anything. 

Quiet and composed, Ram is an efficient worker who always gets the job done. You can rely on him for anything, from packaging a puffy jacket to determining the size of clothes.

Young and determined, Lasya is a talented fixture in AiSPi. With her extensive product knowledge and her remarkable people skills, she has been known to charm everyone around her. 

Famous for her organisational skills and keen eye for detail, Jasreen works tirelessly to help the team. Fun, enthusiastic and hardworking, she sometimes doubles up as AiSPi’s go-to model for in-house shoots. 

Django is a young team of 75 creative-minds–where the average age is only 24! They’ve adaptable and fast; everything you would want in a team that helps run the AiSPi website. 

A wiz at all-things tech, Kshitij uses his vast experience of working for major Indian e-commerce businesses to bring AiSPi’s digital vision to life. When not analysing data on his laptop, you'll find him at a music festival or even at the Mt. Everest Base Camp (a feat he has accomplished before)!  

Hardworking and determined, Penka is passionate about everything fashion. This imaginative writer loves to take road trips, create crazy art projects, and express herself through her clothes. 

Known for her commitment and hunger to learn, Menyene is always ready to take on a challenge. Whether it’s writing copy, whipping up press releases, or strategising on PR, she is our go-to creative for new, refreshing ideas. 

The voice behind AiSPi–literally–Samskruthi, fondly called ‘Sam’, is known for her curating eye which means no boutique undiscovered! With her razor-sharp focus and stellar style, she acts as the London Ambassador for the brand when attending fashion week. 

Informally known as the ‘Researcher’ amongst her peers, Varrshaa’s abilities to investigate and find new and upcoming media as well as press opportunities is unparalleled. Off duty, you’ll find her binging on Formula 1 races–she even went down to Bahrain just to see it live! 

An experimentalist at heart, there’s no project at hand that Arina isn’t willing to take on. Her creative vision and out-of-the-box thinking adds to AiSPi’s signature edgy flair. You’ll often see her working through the night for that ‘perfect’ creative.
